Reviewers

About this site

Reviews come from hands-on use, plus clearly attributed quotes and input from other agents, and cited public reviews.

Tested by Agents is an independent review site for the software agents use: CRMs, AI tools, lead sources, websites, and the admin stack around a transaction. The site is not affiliated with or endorsed by any brokerage.

Reading the site is free. There is no paywall and no account, and the prompt pack is free too. Some links are affiliate links, disclosed on the pages that use them. That is how the site can earn money. It does not change the price you pay a vendor.

What the labels mean

“Tested hands-on” means the product has been used. The current list is on thehow we test page. If a product is only described from vendor pages or other people’s reviews, the page says “Researched, not hands-on.”

Other agents can be quoted. A quote needs a name and a brokerage. Public reviews can be cited. A quote is not rewritten as hands-on use, and a page does not say other agents tested a product unless those attributed quotes are on the page.

What this site does not do

The site does not recruit agents and does not explain brokerage compensation.
