Who runs the site

Tested by Agents is independently operated. Questions go to thecontact page. The site is not affiliated with or endorsed by any brokerage.

What this site collects

The pages are static. There is no account and no ad pixel. The prompt-pack form stores the email address you submit so the site can send the pack and a weekly tools roundup. The provider is Resend. You can unsubscribe from any of those emails. The site does not sell the address. There is no contact form.

To ask for deletion of a prompt-pack address, use the contact page.

Cookies and analytics

Vercel Web Analytics counts page views. It does not use advertising cookies. Vercel may also keep standard server logs, such as IP address, user agent, and the page requested, for security and operations.

Affiliate links

Some product links redirect to a vendor. Today most of them go to the vendor’s public site. When they become affiliate links, the vendor or its network may set its own cookie to attribute a sale. That is their policy, not this site’s. The click is disclosed on monetized pages.

Selling personal information

The site does not sell personal information. There is no advertising audience being built from these pages.

Children

The site is written for working real estate agents, not for children.
