What the pages are

Articles are opinions and reported product facts for a general US audience of real estate agents. They are not brokerage advice, legal advice, tax advice, or a promise that a tool will produce closings. Prices go stale. Check the vendor before you buy.

Draft pages are unfinished. A yellow note is a blank for the author, not a fact about a product.

Affiliate links

Some links will earn a commission if you buy, at no extra cost to you. See thedisclosure. A commission does not create a client relationship with the reviewers.

No brokerage relationship

Reading this site does not make you a client of the reviewers and does not recruit you to any brokerage. The site is not affiliated with or endorsed by any brokerage.

Intellectual property

The text and the site design are owned by Tested by Agents unless a page says otherwise. Vendor names are their owners’ trademarks and are used to identify products. You may link to a page. You may not copy a review wholesale.
