Real estate power dialer pricing compared (2026)
Mojo, PhoneBurner, and REDX print prices. Vulcan7 does not. Landvoice prints data plans and no dialer. Checked Oct 16, 2026.
Five products agents compare when they are pricing a dialer or a calling list: Mojo, PhoneBurner, Vulcan7, REDX, and Landvoice. This page reports what their public pricing pages printed on October 16, 2026. It does not score them, and it does not say what this site pays.
Mojo and Landvoice are on the hands-on list. The prices below are not invoices from those accounts. PhoneBurner, Vulcan7, and REDX are not on the hands-on list. A quote-only page and a printed price cannot be ranked against each other from the public page alone.
Portal and CRM prices, including the October 15 Mojo and Landvoice notes, stay on the CRM and lead-gen pricing page. Questions to ask before a contract are in How to choose a real estate CRM.
The prices, with the source label
These are published list prices as of Oct 16, 2026, or a note that the vendor page did not print one. They are not prices this site has paid.
- Vendor The company’s own page printed the figure.
- Quote-only The vendor does not publish a price. Any dollars are labeled as third-party reports.
- Third-party A publication other than the vendor is the source of the number.
- Mixed Part of the row is from the vendor and part is from a snippet, a blocked page, or an older article.

Professional is $165 per user/month billed annually, or $195 billed monthly. Premium is $183 per user/month billed annually, or $215 billed monthly. The FAQ says PhoneBurner is a single-line power dialer, not a predictive or auto dialer, and that agents can reach up to 80 contacts per hour depending on the list. It dials US and Canada numbers. The pricing page describes a general sales dialer. It does not describe a real-estate lead product. SMS is named on the Premium card. The comparison table prints one SMS line, 1,000 outbound per month plus unlimited inbound, and $15 per extra 1,000 outbound SMS. It does not print three SMS allowances. A2P 10DLC approval is required. Call-recording storage is printed as 30 days, 90 days, and Unlimited, and contact import as 10,000, 20,000, and 50,000 per month, in Standard, Pro, Premium order. | Vulcan7 | No dollar price. Essential, Executive, and Ultimate | Checked Oct 16, 2026. The packages page names Essential, Executive, and Ultimate and does not print a dollar amount. The FAQ says pricing varies and to contact the team. Every plan lists a power dialer, a CRM, and daily expired leads plus the prior 3 months. Essential lists 1 dialer seat and 1 whitelisted number. Executive adds FSBO leads, 2,500 standard neighborhood-search leads a month, 2 seats, and 3 whitelisted numbers. Ultimate adds FRBO leads, 5,000 standard neighborhood-search leads, 1,000 premium neighborhood-search leads, 3 seats, and 5 whitelisted numbers. The page says month-to-month is available, there is no long-term contract required, and paying quarterly, semi-annually, or annually can save up to 20%. Unlimited dialing minutes are marked on every plan in the feature table. This row does not repeat the page’s marketing claims about user counts or data quality. | Quote-only | Vulcan7 packages |
| REDX | Lead types $60/mo. Connect $299/mo. Pro $349/mo | Checked Oct 16, 2026. GeoLeads, Expired, FSBO, FRBO, and Pre-Foreclosure are $60/month or $600/year each. Core, all five lead types, is $199/month or $1,990/year and the FAQ says it does not include a power dialer. Connect, Core plus Ad Builder and a single-line power dialer, is $299/month or $2,980/year. Pro, which upgrades to a 3-line dialer, is $349/month or $3,480/year. The Pro card says up to 300 leads per hour. Extra users are $75/month on the Core and Connect cards and $99/month on the monthly Pro card. The annual Pro card and the FAQ both say $75 per extra user. Those lines disagree. The page does not say which figure the cart charges. | Vendor | REDX pricing |
| Landvoice | $87, $127, $177, or $227/mo. No dialer price | Checked Oct 16, 2026. Monthly cards: Starter $87, Essential $127, Pro $177, Elite $227. Quarterly: Starter $237, Essential $347, Pro $500, Elite $597. Annual: Starter $797 (save $247), Essential $997 (save $527), Pro $1,770 (save $354), Elite $1,997 (save $727). The pricing page does not list a power dialer. Starter and Essential cards name Expired Basic. Pro and Elite cards name Expired Pro. The same cards also print FSBO data for 2 areas, 3,000 neighborhood-search results a month, pre-foreclosure data for 2 counties, and Call Capture. Sample à la carte prices on the page: FSBO $40/month for 2 counties, Expired Basic $60/month for 1 MLS, Expired Pro $120/month for 1 MLS, Neighborhood Search $49/month for 3,000 results, pre-foreclosure $40/month for 2 counties, Call Capture $60/month. A dialer license is not the same product as a lead list
Mojo sells the dialer as its own license. Agent Access is $10 per user per month and is required. Single Line is $89 per license. Triple Line is $139 per license. The FAQ says one agent with Agent Access and a Single Line license pays $99 a month. Lead data is optional and shared across the account. Neighborhood Search and Skip Tracer are nationwide. FSBO, FRBO, and pre-foreclosure are sold by county. Expired data is sold by selected area. The page says billing is prepaid monthly, with no long-term contract, no setup fee, and no cancellation penalty. Source: Mojo pricing.
PhoneBurner sells a per-user dialer, not a seller-lead feed. On the pricing page, Standard is $140 per user per month billed annually ($165 billed monthly), Professional is $165 ($195 monthly), and Premium is $183 ($215 monthly). The comparison table calls the middle column Pro. The FAQ says there is no contract, no per-minute charge, and no setup fee, and that a non-dialing admin seat is free. The FAQ also says it is a single-line power dialer, not a predictive dialer, and that it places calls to US and Canada numbers. The pricing page describes sales teams in general. It does not describe an expired or FSBO product. Source: PhoneBurner pricing and PhoneBurner FAQ.
REDX sells lead types first. Each of GeoLeads, Expired, FSBO, FRBO, and Pre-Foreclosure is $60 a month or $600 a year. Core, all five, is $199 a month or $1,990 a year, and the FAQ says Core has no power dialer. Connect adds a single-line dialer and Ad Builder at $299 a month or $2,980 a year. Pro upgrades to a three-line dialer at $349 a month or $3,480 a year. The Pro card says up to 300 leads per hour. Extra seats are not one number on the page: the monthly Pro card says $99, and the FAQ says $75 for any bundle. Both lines are on the pricing page. Source: REDX pricing.
Vulcan7’s packages page names Essential, Executive, and Ultimate. Every plan lists a power dialer, a CRM, and daily expired leads. The page does not print a dollar price. The FAQ says the price depends on the plan and the lead types, and it tells you to contact the team. It also says month-to-month is available and that a longer prepay can save up to 20%. A feature list without a price is not a rate card. Source: Vulcan7 packages.
Landvoice prints Starter $87, Essential $127, Pro $177, and Elite $227 a month, plus quarterly and annual totals on the same page. The pricing page does not list a power dialer. Starter and Essential cards name Expired Basic. Pro and Elite cards name Expired Pro. Treating Landvoice’s $87 as a dialer price would invent a product the page does not sell. What a public price does not settle
Line count, minutes, and the list are different bills. Mojo’s Triple Line price does not include Neighborhood Search. REDX Core does not include the dialer that Pro includes. PhoneBurner’s unlimited calling is the dialer minutes, not a list of expired listings. Vulcan7’s page includes the dialer and the leads, and it does not say what that costs.
Mojo’s October 16 page was internally consistent at $139 for Triple Line. The CRM pricing page still records an October 15 summary line of $149 that this later fetch did not find. Use the live Mojo page if the two notes disagree.
This page does not say which dialer connects more calls. Hands-on reviews that would cover that are not published. The method is on How we test.
Questions
Which of these pages print a dialer price?
On October 16, 2026, Mojo, PhoneBurner, and REDX printed dollar prices. Vulcan7 named Essential, Executive, and Ultimate and did not print a dollar amount. Landvoice printed data-plan prices and did not list a power dialer.
Does REDX Core include a power dialer?
No. REDX’s FAQ says Core at $199 a month includes the five lead types and does not include a power dialer. Connect at $299 a month adds a single-line dialer. Pro at $349 a month upgrades to a three-line dialer.
Why does Mojo show both $139 and $149 in older notes?
The CRM pricing page, checked October 15, 2026, recorded a summary line of $149 for Triple Line that disagreed with the $139 plan table. The October 16 fetch of Mojo’s pricing page showed $139 in the plan table and in the FAQ, and it did not include a $149 line.
Does this page pick a dialer?
No. A printed price, a quote, and a data plan are not the same product. Mojo and Landvoice are on the hands-on list. This page does not use those invoices, and it does not score the products.
