SkySlope, Dotloop, Lone Wolf Transact, and DocuSign Rooms are the transaction tools agents ask about when a brokerage does not already provide one. This page reports what those companies printed on October 16, 2026. It does not score them, and it does not say what this site pays.

SkySlope and DocuSign are on the hands-on list. These figures are not invoices from those accounts. Dotloop and Lone Wolf Transact are not on the hands-on list. A starting price, a forms subscription, and a contact-sales plan are not the same number.

These are published list prices as of Oct 16, 2026, or a note that the vendor page did not print one. They are not prices this site has paid.

SkySlope SuiteStarting at $340/monthChecked Oct 16, 2026. The pricing page says SkySlope Suite starts at $340 per month and that no long-term contract is required. The page is written for a brokerage. It does not print a per-agent price or a seat count. It describes forms as included. DigiSign and SkySlope Books are labeled add-ons, with no prices on this page.VendorSkySlope pricing
SkySlope Forms$15.99/month or $149/yearThe Forms subscription FAQ, last modified May 1, 2025 and still the page returned on Oct 16, 2026, lists $15.99 per month or $149 annually for agents who do not already have Forms through a brokerage package or a member benefit. That FAQ says DigiSign access is included. Brokerage bulk rates are a demo request, with no number on the FAQ. The same FAQ says Dotloop and Lone Wolf yearly rates start at $199. This check did not confirm those $199 figures on Dotloop’s or Lone Wolf’s own pages, so they are not used as those vendors’ prices.VendorSkySlope Forms FAQ
SkySlope DigiSign$6.25/month, billed annually, on the product pageChecked Oct 16, 2026. The DigiSign product page says DigiSign is $6.25/month, billed annually, with unlimited envelopes. Brokerage bulk plans are “reach out,” with no number. The Forms FAQ says DigiSign access is included in the Forms subscription. The two SkySlope pages do not say which price an agent is billed. This row does not pick one.VendorSkySlope DigiSign
DotloopNot confirmed on Oct 16, 2026The plans and pricing page returned a bot-check page on Oct 16, 2026, so this row does not print a current Dotloop price. A same-day search snippet for that URL and an older Internet Archive capture did not match each other. Neither is used as the price. Business+ and the team plan are described on archived FAQ text as quote-only. That is not a current rate card.MixedDotloop plans and pricing
Lone Wolf TransactNo public rate card. No cost for Texas REALTOR membersChecked Oct 16, 2026. The Transact product page does not print a price. It says a broker can email sales@lwolf.com or request a demo. Authentisign is described as an e-signature add-on for an additional fee, and the fee is not printed. Lone Wolf’s Texas page says Transact is available at no cost to Texas REALTOR members, and that Authentisign continues as part of that member benefit. That $0 is a membership benefit, not a price for every agent.MixedLone Wolf Transact
DocuSign eSignature for real estate$10, $25, or $20 per month on the annual viewChecked Oct 16, 2026, with annual billing selected on the real-estate plans page. Real Estate Starter shows $10/month and $120 billed annually, one user, 5 envelope sends a month. Real Estate shows $25/month per user and $300 billed annually, 1–5 users, 100 envelopes per user per year, and Workspaces for Real Estate. REALTORS, marked NAR member exclusive, shows $25 struck through and $20/month per user, $240 billed annually, 1–5 users, and unlimited envelopes subject to a reasonable-use policy. The page says save up to 44% on an annual plan. This check did not switch the toggle, so month-to-month rates are not listed. Rooms for Real Estate is marked not included on these three plans. Annual plans bought on Docusign.com, including these three, have a 30-day refund. Monthly plans can be canceled before the next month. Real estate association forms are available in the US only, and not in all states. Subscriptions renew automatically.VendorDocuSign real estate plans
DocuSign Rooms for Real EstateNo printed price. Contact salesChecked Oct 16, 2026. On the same real-estate plans page, Rooms for Real Estate is listed under Enhanced plans and marked Contact sales. The comparison marks it “Does Not Include” on Real Estate Starter, Real Estate, and REALTORS. Workspaces for Real Estate, which is included on the Real Estate and REALTORS cards, is a different line from Rooms. The industry page describes Rooms as brokerage transaction management and does not print a price.Quote-onlyDocuSign real estate plans

A brokerage suite is not an agent seat

SkySlope’s pricing page says Suite starts at $340 per month and that a long-term contract is not required. The page is about a brokerage platform. It does not say how many agents $340 covers. Forms are described as included. DigiSign and SkySlope Books are labeled add-ons, and that page does not price them. Source: SkySlope pricing.

Agents who do not get Forms from a brokerage or a member benefit are on a different page. The Forms FAQ, modified May 1, 2025 and still the page returned on this check, lists $15.99 per month or $149 a year. That FAQ says DigiSign is included. The DigiSign product page, read the same day, says DigiSign is $6.25 per month billed annually, with unlimited envelopes, and that brokerage bulk pricing is a conversation. The two pages do not say which one an agent is billed. Both are cited. The FAQ also says Dotloop and Lone Wolf yearly rates start at $199. That sentence is SkySlope’s comparison. It was not on Dotloop’s or Lone Wolf’s pages in this check, so it is not their price here. Sources: SkySlope Forms FAQ and DigiSign.

Dotloop’s plans page did not open. The request returned a bot-check page, not a price table. A search snippet of that URL and an Internet Archive capture from 2025 did not agree, so this page leaves the price blank rather than picking one. Source attempted: Dotloop plans and pricing.

Lone Wolf’s Transact page does not print a price. It tells a broker to email sales@lwolf.com or request a demo. Authentisign is an e-signature add-on “for an additional fee,” and the fee is not on that page. The Texas page is the exception that is printed: Transact is available at no cost to Texas REALTOR members, and Authentisign continues as part of that member benefit. That is not a rate card for an agent outside that membership. Sources: Lone Wolf Transact and Lone Wolf for Texas REALTORS.

DocuSign’s printed plans are eSignature, not Rooms

With annual billing selected, DocuSign’s real-estate plans page showed Real Estate Starter at $10 a month ($120 billed annually, one user, 5 envelopes a month), Real Estate at $25 per user per month ($300 billed annually, 1 to 5 users, 100 envelopes per user per year), and REALTORS at $20 per user per month after a struck-through $25 ($240 billed annually, NAR members, unlimited envelopes under a reasonable-use policy). The page says annual billing can save up to 44%. This check did not open the monthly toggle, so it does not list a month-to-month rate.

Rooms for Real Estate is on the Enhanced column, marked contact sales. The comparison marks Rooms “Does Not Include” on Starter, Real Estate, and REALTORS. Workspaces for Real Estate is a separate line, included on Real Estate and REALTORS. Buying the $25 plan is not buying Rooms. Association forms on these plans are available in the United States only, and not in every state. Sources: DocuSign real estate plans and DocuSign real estate.

What a public price does not settle

A forms login, a brokerage file-review system, and an e-signature seat can be three bills. SkySlope’s $340, the $15.99 Forms plan, and the $6.25 DigiSign line are three different pages. DocuSign’s $10 and $25 plans are e-signature plans. Lone Wolf’s $0 is a Texas REALTOR member benefit. Dotloop’s current price was not readable.

This page does not say which system a brokerage should mandate. Hands-on reviews are not published. The method is on How we test. Another public price check, for dialers, is Real estate power dialer pricing compared (2026).

Questions

Does DocuSign Rooms have a public price?

No. On October 16, 2026, Rooms for Real Estate was marked Contact sales on DocuSign’s real-estate plans page. It was marked not included on Real Estate Starter, Real Estate, and REALTORS. Those three plans have printed eSignature prices. They are not a Rooms price.

Is SkySlope’s $340 the price for one agent?

The pricing page says Suite starts at $340 per month and does not print a per-agent price. A separate Forms FAQ lists $15.99 per month or $149 a year for agents who do not already have Forms through a brokerage or a member benefit.

Why is Dotloop’s price missing?

The Dotloop plans page returned a bot check on October 16, 2026. This page does not fill that gap with a search snippet or an older archive capture.

Is Lone Wolf Transact free?

The product page does not print a price. Lone Wolf’s Texas page says Transact is available at no cost to Texas REALTOR members. That is a member benefit, not a public price for every agent.
